Godiva.

Sue and I headed to Coventry today. We hadn't been there before and decided to do some culture! ( We normally just do shopping....).

My main task was to get a photo of Lady Godiva ( http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/ancient/anglo_saxons/godiva_01.shtml ). After that, we headed off to the cathedral and the Herbert Gallery.

There is a fabulous Picasso exhibition on at the moment and a gallery telling the history of Coventry through objects. Absolutely fascinating.

We have decided to go back again next year as we still have so much to see.

Extra is of a pair of 1970s Bay City Rollers platform shoes ( really wanted a pair of these, but my mum wouldn't let me.....)
