Incompetent

The technician from Swisscom was supposed to change my mother‘s-in-law phone yesterday afternoon from analogue to digital. All he did was plugging in the new box (he even forgot to plug in the phone itself), left a comment that when the red light stops blinking the line will be ok and left for an early weekend.

No social competence or responsibility at all. Myself spent quite some time this morning in several waiting lines (the Christmas music didn‘t really help to bring bad feelings down), trying to sort out the issue. Best thing they can offer is to leave an elderly lady, living alone without phone for at least the next 5 days.
