Fiasco....

So, we decided to get a new bed. We ordered a base, it arrived last week. It was damaged. It got returned and a replacement was delivered. It was, upon opening, 2 different bases. It was returned. Another was delivered. It arrived today. I unwrapped it. It wasn’t damaged. It was matching. Yes, I thought, finally we have a bed.

No. We don’t. On one of the bases, only 3 of the feet fit into the eyelet hole. And on the other base....there are no eyelet holes.

So, that’s it. We’re done with this company.

How difficult is it to check things before you send them out to customers?

It’s been a farce from start to finish. I rang them, told them what I thought of their customer service and have arranged another collection of their bed.

Good bloody riddance!
