Home Safely

Just back from the FNDG wash-up meeting at The Bull, and this seemed to be an appropriate ‘still life’ photo for today and the challenge.  Thanks to Nickimags888 for hosting.

Nb – the light does NOT flash.  I find it amazing that more cyclists have not been knocked off on dark country roads by drivers that cannot tell how far they are from the (solitary) flashing light, nor where the cycle is on the road due to the effect of the intermittent light.  They should not be used in the dark without a second steady light – the way the law was before it got changed!  On top of that there is the annoyance factor felt by possibly the majority of motorists.  I’ll be ranting about cycle tracks/ways as well in a moment . . .

ps: Moon-shot at extra.  Unfortunately the exif say's that it was taken tomorrow, not just before midnight today - I have set the camera to GMT now . . .
