Christmas pudding....

....but not as we know it.  I have to make this every year by order (of my children). It's called Citrus Freeze and is not for the calorie-phobic, as it contains condensed milk, double cream, eggs, sugar, and (relatively healthy) lemon and lime zest and juice.  Oh, and chocolate flakes!

Whisk together 200g condensed milk, 150ml double cream, 2 egg yolks, grated zest  and juice of 1 lemon and 2 limes. 
Whisk egg whites then add 50g castor sugar , whisk again and fold or whisk into the cream mixture. Add crushed chocolate flakes to taste. Pour into mould, decorate and freeze.
