Not my best shot of the moon. I came out of work and it was low in the sky, but by the time I got home it had gone up quite a bit and there was a lot of cloud.

I had to take the mini bus to the garage this morning to get its MOT. I sat and waited. It was a nice time to be able to read my book.

As I came back to nursery I started to feel my heart thumping and getting harder to catch my breath. This has continued all day and it's left me feeling a bit funny.
I'd rather have a full on panic attack than continue with these symptoms.
