Where to start?

A laugh? A scream? A tear?

Our work in the office is very focussed on local issues. It was only after I got home and started to catch up on the day's news that I learned what has being going on at the national and international levels.

Over dinner I started reading the magazine section of Saturday's newspaper. I think I was out most of the day and forgot about it.

It contains 2 excellent "good news" stories about purely Scottish events, and a very prophetic and insightful piece about Ireland. 

I'll leave it more or less at that. However, it has been clear for months that May is a leader without power. This is leaving a power vacuum. In the Brexit circumstances, a power vacuum is very dangerous indeed.
