Monday: Treasure

Couple of pieces from Table Top Sale on Sunday: carved wooden box from my friend Mark's fundraising stall for Multiple Sclerosis and a string of very beautiful beads given by my friend Sheila - future projects maybe?
This morning I did an hour of Pilates and don't think it's appropriate for me at the moment ... trying something else on Wednesday.
MrD's sister visited this evening and we did a lot of chatting ...
