Birds Nest Soup anyone?

The main ingredient for birds nest soup, all over our sitting room floor. What a mess!! Even Henry looks surprised. 
Today is the first day of the installation of our new log burner. The workmen found a pretty large birds nest at the top of the chimney (not new and no birds thankfully). They'll be fitting a bird prevention thingy tomorrow to stop that happening again. 
One of my extras shows what it looked like yesterday afternoon, (the striped thing in the foreground is a bench seat cushion I started yesterday and finished today) and another shows what it's like now (the lower space is for log storage). The men will be back tomorrow to hopefully finish it. C is out this evening, so we've left the room as is, and I'll sit elsewhere, otherwise they would have had to clear it all up before leaving today and then put all the protective sheets down again tomorrow.
