Can't see you.

So we are shopping, the one who calls me Papa and me. She hides, and I have to find her.. This is the new game we play. She hides in a curtain, the drapes obscuring her vision. She can't see me so, logically, I can't see her. Except I did, it was her feet that gave her away. But I played along.. Where are you? She jumped out and I was suitably scared! So was this a lie? Or was I allowing the mystery of innocence to continue? I choose to prolong her innocence, as it is so quickly lost. Someday, I will disclose the truth but today, allow her the luxury of naivety.
