1120. Back Blip - Ken and the Pamiloo

We were in town on the day of the Christmas Lights Switch on in Perth and bumped into our good friend Ken who was on duty with PAMIS's Pamiloo which is a marvellous mobile changing facility for those with multiple and complex physical needs....it's an amazing service to ensure that people with multiple and complex needs and their families have access to appropriate facilities......
