Miniature train doing some work

This miniature train runs along side the path I blipped yesterday in Blenheim. This morning about 7am I had pulled back the curtains, opened the windows wide and was taking a photo of some ducks in the stream below when along came the train. I don't know where it went but about 10 minutes later back it came and we got a wave from the driver. We later saw it further along and the driver was spraying weeds from the tank he was pulling. What a neat idea.
We are home again and busy watering the gardens. Even after just 3 days they seem dry.
Our solar hot water system boiled this afternoon. It gave us a fright so we hurriedly ran some hot water off to stop all the rumbles and squeals.
Our wifi went off last night at the motel so will catch up with comments etc in the next couple of days.
