Bringing up the bodies

Busy but good day today. Telephone conference then CPR training before Foodbank (42 referrals incl 17 children). Some tough cases too.
Went for a quick swim (managed 1700m) which earned me tea out before heading to City Hall. Beautiful and powerfully emotional music with Rachmaninov’s 2nd Symphony filling me right up to the brim and overflowing.
