Barre Training Day

Happy Friday! A day off for us, long lazy sleep in and paper, breakfast & tea/coffee in bed. We finished our Christmas cards and decorating... It felt good to get the bins all put away. My sweetie headed off to the gym and i off to barre teacher training. There were 6 of us, but a few had to leave early leaving just 3 to finish up. My favourite spin instructor is on maternity leave and brought her 7 week old daughter in a snuggly. She then proceeded to do the entire class with a baby strapped to her tummy (included roll ups) luckily there is zero impact. Do you see the baby stroller in the middle of the bottom photo? Quiet night at home, early to bed as we leave around 6 am for rowing practice/ my weekly Saturday Pilates class.
