Jambalaya

We went out for dinner with some very lovely friends tonight - we've been trying to meet up since all the offspring went off to uni in Sept/Oct!!

This Jambalaya was on the Christmas Menu - not too sure what was festive about it, but we all enjoyed our dinners and Mr W & I shared a Golden Nugget Cheesecake for dessert ;-D
