The expat Christmas lunch!

This is the third year that our friend Caroline has hosted lunch for 14 of us at her house, she loves doing it, and says it's her favourite day of the year!
They do the mains and we all bring the other courses. This year I was asked to make trifle, so I did Delia's caramelised orange trifle which was very nice and I might do it again for my Christmas guests.
