No will power ....

.... maybe I shouldn't have eaten this after going to the gym, but it begged me to buy it when I filled up at the petrol station.

Sadly the instructor gave the same message as the chiropractor, I must do more of the dreaded 'plank' exercise to improve my stomach muscles and core stability and more stretching of my hip flexor muscles - ouch!!!. I can't even hold the plank for 15 seconds! This is going to be a long slog to get my stomach and hip to what they should be, but I seem to be getting the same message from lots of different people that these exercises will sort me out and ease my back problems. They can't all be wrong. Grrrrr.
