Keep on running

I have become fascinated by the stories I hear at parkrun.

How people came to be there and what keeps them coming back.

I spoke to this man before his first run two weeks ago and it was great to see him back today..

He told me on the first lap that he wasn't sure he could finish as his asthma was troubling him.  

I was pleased to cheer him to the finish later on.
