Excited to meet Peter Rabbit

The promised bad weather never appeared, but it was still cold.  CyclopsJnr was excited to meet Peter Rabbit and all his friends at the World of Beatrix Potter.  It was great fun, and CyclopsJnr recognised all the characters from the TV version.  We had a lovely lunch in the cafe too.

Afterwards CyclopsJnr and Cyclops said goodbye to MrsCyclops and Grandma to head back to Edinburgh.  MrsCyclops is off to London for work - if the trains are running to get her there.

The journey back to Edinburgh was uneventful, but cold (-5in places) so we stuck to the well gritted motorway. CyclopsJnr slept all the way from Shap to Edinburgh City Bypass - worn out by all the fun!
