Victoria

To celebrate the 21st anniversary of the opening of The Victoria Centre  (Tunbridge Wells' shopping centre) some artwork was commissioned which now decorates a wall in the centre. Made up a pictures of local people. I think this lad has just spotted someone he knows .
The artist is Helen Marshall  famous for The Big Picture in Birmingham.
