First Run

Friday was a blur of stuffy head cold.  We woke early this morning to drive up to the mountain. Mr. JC made his big entry on snow skis. After a bit of a rocky start and a hungry stomach, he made a few runs down the bunny hill between daddy's legs.  Not bad, little man!

One of the great things about skiing Courmayeur is the view of Mont Blanc when the occassion occurs.  Another great thing is taking CC up the gondola for her first run of the year and surprising her with a big red (upper intermediate / easy expert) slope. She was too excited to say no! Big bragging rights to make it down without falling and doing it in style.  Yeah!! CC!!
