Symmetry

I’ve looked out on this tree daily for nearly 50 years. I’ve seen subtle changes around it. It was once a line of trees, & had a little stream running in amongst the trees, but the farmer drained the land & cut the trees down. Only this one survived. There was also a active army base close by, & girls would hang about under the trees trying to attract attention to themselves from the Army Boys. Seems so many years ago. Billet huts have all gone now.
