Monday Blues

I had a disastrous run this morning which doesn’t bode well for my event on Sunday. I ended up cutting it short and taking a walk along the beach to try and clear my muddly head.
This is Thurlestone Rock - it has a hole in the middle of it and in the summer we swam through it whilst swim training which was so special. No swimming here now for a few months ❄️
