Stegt Flæsk med Persille Sovs - Somewhere between crackling and bacon, or maybe a combination of both. Served with new potatoes and a parsley sauce with a side of sweet jam (possibly lingonberry). This plate is for three people and we only topped it up once. Served by the very special Angelique, this is about as real as traditional Danish eating gets. I feel like I've drunk half a pint of oil now but it tasted great at the time, so did the Irish coffee, which was also probably a mistake.
