Too early for Dave

Dave isn't a fan of early starts. After his morning wee he's happy to go back to bed while I make tea to take upstairs. He'd made himself very comfortable by the time the kettle had boiled.

What an icy start to the day. Fortunately the roads were clear by the time my friend collected me for a trip to Alfriston and Seaford. We visited an artist in his studio. He was really interesting to talk to about his influences and inspiration. Having said that his art isn't the type of thing I'd hang on my walls. I'll stick with painting my own watercolour landscapes!
