Mop Top

I think this is a chicken. I keep seeing it on the scrub land between the petrol station and the posh house. I have tried a few chicken sites and the closest I can come to identifying it is a Chamois Male Poland chicken. It is a very bizarre looking bird. Someday I hope to get a better picture.
