Reflection on a wet day

In town in the pouring rain today - enjoyed lunch with friends before battling against the rain and hail. I felt for the folk who were collecting for charity and folks kept their hands in their pockets and rushed past. 
Tonight I walked to church for the Church business meeting - roads and pavements were treacherous
