Hope

The kids watched the inauguration of President Obama today.
They all made one of these signs and I took their pictures with them.
I have to say they are much more photogenic than I am, but needless to say I won't be posting my students' photos on the internet...

I wish Mr. Obama the best of luck - he has a tough job ahead of him, and he's made lots of promises. Regardless of what the future may bring, I was happy to be witness to an event that has brought millions of jubilant people together and given them hope.
