Mother Nature's Christmas Bauble

I woke up this morning to fresh snow sifting gently down, making everything look pristine and suitably merry and bright.  I was amused to see the few remaining crab apples clinging to our old tree doing an excellent job decorating for the holiday season by mimicking red Christmas baubles!
