Pimentón

Some people collect stamps, others collect cars. My wife collects pimentón tins! This is usually after every visit we make to Spain (though you can also find them easily in many French supermarkets) . Not only do I love the flavour of pimentón (paprika) but also the different colours and designs that you find on the tins, reflecting the different varieties and makes, add a visual spice to the kitchen environment! And of course we never run out of paprika!
