Caution, artist at work!

Today was spent looking after Rosa, looking after Eve and cleaning out the car. This last was very badly required indeed.
Rosa had lots of fun chasing round the garden and sliding on the ice. Eve helped Gran prepare tonight's dinner then decorated a table for our Boxing Day bash.
Despite the lack of any serious frost last night, our pavements and street are sheet ice and very, very slippery. So MaggieD and I spread gritty salt up and down the street and tried to clear a path along the pavement. Hopefully we have helped to avoid a broken ankle/wrist/hip and maybe a bent bumper or two.
