It's official.....

.........that man's arrived in our village and is checking the chimneys.  Tomorrow it may be your village, town or street!  He even gave me a cheery wave this afternoon so I was lucky!  Not sure anyone lives in this one at the moment but I suppose it was wise to check stout anyhow!!!
