hope in bloom

Every year the Huntington's Disease Society of America sells amaryllis bulbs to raise money for research to find a cure for HD. Every year since hubby's diagnosis I have bought bulbs for myself and as gifts. This year I was surprised to see that the "Red Lion" bulbs turned out to be more orange than red! But even better, just last week I learned that there has been a breakthrough in HD treatment  in patients enrolled in a study in Great Britain, and that the study is coming to the US!
