Berries

Have been unable to blip for the last couple of weeks because I managed to injure my shoulder doing something unspeakably stupid, which meant I  haven't been able to drive, swim or even take photos.  Losing such fundamental abilities has been a real wake up call about the importance of looking after your health so major health kick going to start in January.  This was the first day I was recovered enough to get out of the house - a miserable, wintery day, but I was so delighted to be out and about that I enjoyed these lovely orange berries still clinging on
