"Food, Glorious Food"

It really was a nice joint of beef, falling apart in the traditional way that I cook most meat - cremated!
It looks quite burnt on the top but that is because i turned it over the last hour and most of the black is caramelised onion as I always put a load of chopped onion underneath my joints of meat. 
It went in at 0630 and we ate dinner at 1300.
The dogs are always around when I have a chopping board out, not matter what I'm cutting up. You may notice both of them are licking their 'lips', they'd both just had a bit of beef as a taster  :-)
