Please don't go

The east end of Edinburgh is going through quite a transformation with a new hotel and shopping complex being added which means that the roundabout at Picardy Place is going to be re-modeled.

To do this a number of statues are having to be moved and re-sited whilst the work continues, including a set of three statues by the Scottish-Italian artist Eduardo Paolozzi called the Manuscript of Monte Cassino. A local resident had a creative way of protesting and asking that the council bring them back to the site when the work has been completed.
