Veggies for roasting

For some reason, this weekend hasn't really felt like a weekend to either of us - not at all sure why.  However, it very definitely is Sunday.  We had poached eggs for breakfast, and I've had nothing since, so I'm looking forward to my roast veggies.

The potatoes and garlic are already in the roasting pan, and these will gradually join them over the next half an hour or so.  Salivating already!
