A walk in the woods

After so many days of cold, cold weather today, at 6°C, has felt quite balmy and so a walk was required. We went up to nearby Trent Park which comprises of about 70 hectares of ancent woodland as well as park land. It was good to be out in the fresh air although l did slip over in the mud and had the indignity of a very muddy bottom all the way back to the car!
