Christmas at home

It's dark and horrible outside so I am pleased to be home with the doors shut and the log burner on. Rayburn still only dawdling so will need to come apart again tomorrow. We have back up plans so while it would be good to get it running properly we will not suffer without it.

My thoughts are with friends tonight who had a Christmas night away in Cameron House Hotel on Loch Lomondside last night. They had to leave in the early hours due to a fire which has killed two and injured several.  It must have been a frightening experience especially when you are there with your children. Luckily they all seem Ok. More info here
