Eurgh

I have Winter Vomiting Bug.

Came on very rapidly yesterday evening..

Horrid night.  High temperature, racing pulse, panting for breath.  Filled with nightmares, waking in confusion and panic.   Truly horrid.

Slept most of the day.  Spent some of it looking at my hand hanging off the side of the bed for no reason.
