The robin (Erithacus rubecula) is a songbird from the Muscicapidae family (flycatchers). He ventures close to houses, especially in winter. Furthermore, it is a very large breeding bird of large gardens, parks and forests.
Even in the summer, it occurs in our regions, but it is especially in winter that you see him close to the houses.
The bird is about 14 cm long, but somewhat squat.
In our garden you hardly ever see him because our dog drives away everything that moves or is strange.
So it was also pleasantly surprised that this redbreast kept posing for a moment.
