Old advert in 50s mag

Love finding these kind of old ads. Am tempted to fill it in and see if I get a response. You never know there could be some little garret in London, somewhere, stuck in a time warp, where they are still sending out pristine copies of classic Sci-Fi magazines.

BTW I have no idea what the blurb in the speech bubble is referring to.
