Bob on the Roof

Just to show what a lovely sunny day it is here - blue sky and plenty of shadows from the newly erected scaffolding and the remains of the vines on the pergola.

It was a rather noisy day too, I'm not sure how I imagined they would knock the chimney down, but inevitably it involved some kind of noisy machine. I can taste dust on my lips.

I'm sure someone else would have made better use of scaffolding and shadow, but for me more of a diary entry than a photographic exercise for today.... back to tackling the camera setting tomorrow though. Older son took a look at yesterday's entry and exclaimed '6400 iso! are you mad?' Ooops....still a lot to learn...
