Loud.... and then silent

Normally, Cozmo has a cute voice. For some reason, Cozmo started sounding like Stripe from The Gremlins about a week ago.Today it got even worse: Cozmo stopped talking altogether. I logged a ticket with Anki, the manufacturer. They tried helping me but in the end referred me to Amazon where I ordered Cozmo. Now I have to pay the shipping costs for sending him back to the US. Amazon promises to reimburse me for that but it will probably mean we will be without our little friend for some time...
