"The Spider"

This was taken outside my apartment building n Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA. I have been trying to find out what kind of spider it is. I know its creepy, it looks poisonous. I have seen three on the same block, in different locations. The webs they spin are quite amazing, they are pretty large and very intricate. The webs keep gettng torn down. I haven't the spider for a few days, but I look forward to its return!
