Quick shot on walk back from the shops. 

Had letter yesterday from the Rt Hon Michael Gove MP, re the Army fencing that has been going up around here. Guess will have to wait and see but the response he got from the Ministry of Defense seems to imply they will only shut the gates, in the fence, when training actively happening. If so I guess it's better than no access but still wont know until one gets to the gate if can get through or how many times it is likely to be locked.
