Cold Turkey!

This is our lovely post lady. In the days leading up to Christmas she arrives dressed as different characters...yesterday she was a pixie, today she's a turkey and tomorrow she will be Father Christmas!

The rest of the year she is friendly, efficient and helpful.

This afternoon I went with my good village chums, Gill, Clare and Elaine for the last afternoon tea served in a cafe in a nearby village. Abantu has just won the Eastern Region cafe of the year. They are taking this opportunity to move to the centre of Cambridge. We will certainly be visiting them in their new home when it is open.
