Electric connection

A few weeks ago we discovered that our very old electricity meter was not working when the 3 monthly reading was exactly the same as the previous one.  The reason Martin had taken the reading was because  he had finally arranged to change suppliers....one of those jobs that we'd kept putting off, even though we knew we were likely to save money.

Well it turns out we've already saved money as we haven't paid anything for 3 months and it doesn't look like our old company are going to charge us anything for that time.

Our new suppliers Bulb  sent two guys to replace it today.  Only one did the job but two had to be there for Health and Safety reasons. 

It all seemed straightforward enough, though apparently we'll get another one within the year when the company converts to smart meters.
