Layers

I nearly missed these layers in the landscape, being under the layer of a duvet a little too long this morning!  

Fighting off a cold, I took that excuse for driving to the top of the road (the height of laziness!) and just managed a few glimpses of sunlight before the cloud took over.  We walked a circuit of the hut before heading back down, nearly walking past the car but Little Dog remembered to turn left in time.  

I'm feeling quite a lot better than I did yesterday when it first showed signs so hopefully, First Defence & raising the heartbeat is winning against the Battle of the Virus in time for Christmas.
