Rosy

Big satisfying day today. Woke very early, so went out for a run - first time in ages. Later on did a chunk of weeding, and shored up the soil (and added some + compost) around the one of our two passionfruit vines which is lagging behind rather terribly. After lunch, hella-training: very hot, very tired; worked very hard on one kata in particular, with some good results.

Pizza dough is rising, and that'll be cooked soonish, with Mrs tsuken's caramel slice for after.
